D. Leonard has joined the Raseiniai squad after the New Year and became one of the most important players of his team. He has helped to secure the third place in the "Aukstaitijos-Vidurio" region, while averaging 26 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 3.25 steals a game.

Albertas Vilimas, head coach of Raseiniai, is very optimistic about the the team's performance and looks forward to the play-offs. According to the coach,- "Darrick is very talented and smart player. He scores and runs the team very well. His ability to score and great knowledge of basketball makes our team more solid and competitive in this league. His young teamates feel very comfortable while Darrick is on the court."
